Basic Preliminary Environmental Assessments

The Basic Preliminary Environmental Assessment service is for research purposes only. The assessment does not qualify for Phase 1 or Phase 2 environmental assessment status. The report is compiled from assessing and analyzing a proposed development site to determine potential environmental impacts and to propose sustainable development measures. Areas that may be reviewed and assessed depend on client preferences such as past and present land usage, water resources, soil profiles, local plant and animal species, topography and / or any researched information requested by client.

Process for Basic Preliminary Environmental Assessment Request

• This service requires a request by a potential client which includes a projected budget inquiry.
• Request is reviewed to determine if the assessment can be accomplished with custom requests in a designated time frame.
• If not a notification is provided.
• If assessment advances to next step a discussion with client is scheduled to proceed further, this process can take 5-10 business days

Drinking Water Quality Report Review & Analysis

The Drinking Water Quality Report Review and Analysis includes a focus on the water sources(s) and water quality standards. Water quality parameters and standards reviewed are water testing methods, maximum contaminant level goals, maximum contaminant levels, disinfectant level, treatment technique, contamination presence and resampling procedures and additional information associated with potential client inquiries.
